Terms and Conditions for the Prize Draw

  1. The prize draw is organized by Marshall Stewart & Delaney GmbH (hereinafter referred to as MSD), Neuer Wall 44, 20354 Hamburg.
  2. Employees of the company and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  3. To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the provided registration form fully and accurately. Incorrect or incomplete entries may result in disqualification. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their contact information.
  4. Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 and over. By participating, entrants confirm that they are of legal age.
  5. The winner will be notified via email.
  6. The prize will be sent by post. The winner’s postal address will be collected as part of the winner notification process.
  7. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner, the prize claim will be forfeited.
  8. The prize draw ends on March 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Any entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
  9. The prize consists of 3 copies of the travel guide "Lonely Planet Wine Trails" (Lonely Planet Food, 2nd edition, language: English). Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible. The prize cannot be transferred.
  10. Multiple submissions using the same email address will only be counted once.
  11. The personal data collected as part of the prize draw will be used exclusively for conducting the draw and will be deleted after its conclusion. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.
  12. Legal recourse is excluded.
  13. MSD reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice, particularly in the event of technical issues or attempts at manipulation that jeopardize the proper conduct of the draw.
